About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Product Development team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for leading a team for development, administration and maintenance of various tools created or adopted by the SSE team.
You will report to the SSE Department Manager and is a key position within the Technology Operations group. You will work with other team leads in SSE to progress departmental goals.
You will provide technical leadership to a team of developers.
You will assist developers on new modules development as well as enhancements and defects fixing, Development of new features and code review.
You will work with various teams to analyse and design new modules, facilitate communication between development and other teams within CFS.
You will provide estimates and plan development of new features.
You will support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
You will manage and prioritize tasks and track team efforts using Jira, Confluence and other project management tools.
Pro-active attitude and willingness to put forth suggestions for constructive improvement in provision of service.
About You:
You have 7+ years of experience in .Net Development Experience
You have 2+ years of experience leading Development teams
You have knowledge of RDBMS including SQL Server and PL/SQL.
You have experience with Software engineering and requirements analysis.
You have experience of working with multiple projects/tasks and ability to prioritise on the fly.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork, ability to lead by example, mentor team members and identify knowledge and skills gap
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with management ( Office/Visio, etc )
You are self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail
Able to think creatively and propose options/solutions to challenges
