Dev Business Analyst

Position Summary
As a Dev Business Analyst, the role requires the essential skills to create, manage, update business requirements such as User Stories, assessing of feature gaps, and documentation.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
1. Gathering and Creation of new requirements using Agile methodologies
2. Refinement of requirements in scrum team
3. Documentation of processes new and existing
4. Serve as business advisor to Product Owner and Scrum team on viable approach to requirements
5. Facilitate dialogue between scrum teams and Product owner
6. Ensuring implementation meets the requirements developed
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
· Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.
· Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
· Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· A track record of following through on commitments.
· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
· Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
· A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
