Job Description:
Title: Dev Business Analyst
Location: Philippines
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Responsible in analyzing business requirements and converting them to technical specifications that will be executed by the development team.
Essential Functions:
- Creation of different documentation such as Requirement Analysis, Functional Specification Document, Output File mapping design, test case scenarios, process flow, etc.,
- Identification of additional functionalities and provide intuitive user interface design
- Conduct Functional Testing
- Coordinate with the stakeholders, developers, support, ERPs, and counterparts regarding deliverables
- Conduct walkthroughs and demos
- Provide customer support assistance
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of Software Development experience
- Experience in Systems Analysis and Design
- Database and data mapping and conversion experience including knowledge in SQL
- Knowledgeable about Requirements Gathering, Software Design and Testing
- Experience in writing Documentation (eg. requirements gathering, test cases. UI design, business process, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills for both oral and written
- Good working attitude and a team player
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Detail oriented person
- Technology Savvy
- Graduate of Technology related course
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on ERP software, preferably CRM systems.
- With good understanding or familiarity on both User Interface & User Experience.
