Responsible for coordinating all Destination Services for the client, ensuring a seamless transition and settling into the new location.
Supervises the move of the client all throughout the stages of the relocation cycle including orientation, home search, school search, tours and welcoming the client on arrival to their new location.
Advise the client on all aspects of the relocation and help to select a location suitable to the client's needs and requirements in relation to their personal and professional needs.
Arrange and accompany the client from arrival at the location (airport), escort them on a tour, taking into account the needs and requirements of the client and family
Must attend any school/residence tours with the clients and assist with enrolments or property rental/home-finding activities. The DSC will also help with any utilities set-up, car lease/purchase if applicable.
Provides full information of the area for the client, doing satisfactory research to provide the optimum customer service making sure that he/she has researched the clients specific needs or situation.
Provides departure services, including the selling of houses, school transfers and the arrangement of any temporary housing.
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Preferably with experience within the Relocations Support industry, and knowledge of property and utility management.
Strong communication skills as the job entails communication with Expats/Foreign nationals and other service providers. English proficient- comfortable with speaking with foreigners, clients.
Organized and with the ability to multi-task
Knowledge on the Philippines rental market is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
