Compiling, sorting and verifying data before it is imported into Configuration Management database. Troubleshoot and correct data upload and exceptions due to inaccuracies Provide support and work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve data accuracy issues Must Have Skills: Experience in CMDB Strong attention for detail. Strong process/task driven individuals Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
