DESKSIDE ENGINEER
Job Description:
Will be responsible for enrolling and deploying Chromebooks out to users.
Needs to be highly organized with good attention to detail.
Meticulous tracking of assets and ticket documentation will be required.
Should be customer service oriented since the candidate will be working with users.
Needs to be with some technical experience but not extensive since you will be working with strictly Chromebooks.
Requirements:
Completed/have attended any computer-related course
W/related working experience in hands-on technical support, particularly with Chromebooks, as you will be working with strictly Chromebooks
Above average communication skills and with strong customer service orientation
Highly organized with good attention to detail.
Meticulous tracking of assets and ticket documentation will be required.
Others:
Willing to work in Cebu City
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm EST; Monday through Friday (night shift PH time)
Fixed-term; Contractual/Project-based, 13-17 weeks or 3-4 months contract
