The team you'll be part of
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
Supervises design work assuring the quality according to the customer requirements
Monitor and drive the production out of the subcons (survey and design) in line with the project overall plan
Coordinates with back-office designers for clarifications, guidelines to be followed and process to be applied
Interface with the customer to align in all technical related issue, clarifications about engineering rules, guidelines to be followed, criteria per acceptance during reviews
Identifies root cause problems and analyze them in order to find possible improvements
Ensures construction techniques are implemented by the subcontractors as specified in the designs in collaboration with the field supervisors
Your skills and experience
You have:
Experience in FTTx design and deployment
Knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD or QGIS
Knowledge of Philippine deployment regulations
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
