Is URGENTLY looking for:
 
DESIGN & ESTIMATE SUPERVISOR
(Cebu based)
 
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed engineering designs based on project specifications and requirements.
Produce accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for proposed projects.
Collaboration with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations.
Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
Monitor and evaluate projects progress and make necessary adjustments to design and estimate.
Prepare and present design proposals and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
Attend survey & jobsite meeting.
To perform other function as may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer.
At least 3 years of experience in supervisory.
Must have high proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and other costing software.
Have a strong analytical skills.
Willing to handle multiple projects in different locations within VisMin area.
Good communication skills.
