Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
With at least 3 year's related work experience
Well-versed in AutoCAD and Solidworks application
Knowledgeable in generating and designing lead frame, bonding diagram and POD (Package Outline Drawing) applying assembly and manufacturing design rule for semiconductor products
Knowledge in generating PCB laminate substrate drawing is a plus
Must be willing to join the company immediately
