Business Need/Purpose of Role:
ESCO is seeking innovative engineers to join our fabricated product development group. We need engineers who will use their creativity to develop our next-generation solutions to support ESCO strategies. ESCO uses many world-class engineering tools and software to develop products. The ideal candidate will have a knack for learning and leveraging these tools to develop high-quality products quickly in a collaborative team environment.
The role is based in Pasig City, Manila.
The successful candidate will have proven ability to:
Understand & uncover customer needs
Generate innovative ideas and product solutions
Work with manufacturing to ensure products meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements
Ensure fabrication standards and requirements meet
Utilize standard development processes and standard work
Take ideas and concepts from general specifications to working designs
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement
Participate remotely in first article manufacturing trials, lab testing, and field trials
Assist in the development of product patents
About you:
Minimum requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree - Mechanical Engineering preferred
4 years of design experience
High degree of creativity
Ability to effectively work in a diverse team
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background checks.

Mobile and off-road equipment design (preferred)
Mining or Construction industry experience (preferred)
Steel fabrication and casting design (preferred)
Ability to research and apply many different types of mechanical elements and systems (preferred)
Welded and machined structures experience (preferred)
Hydraulic components and systems (preferred)
Core Competencies:
Effective communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
CAD modeling proficiency (NX preferred)
Understanding of engineering software and analysis tools; Agile PLM, FEA
Fluent spoken English and written communication
