The Design & Estimate Engineer performs variety of engineering works from the initial planning, design phases, and coordination with the implementation of projects; Supports procurement, construction and commissioning phases of projects with activities including assisting with preparation of labor / material estimates and design packages. Work activities includes compiling data for project reports, collecting and compiling field data, assisting proposal efforts as directed, documenting technical data for management review and providing other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer or Electronic and Communications Engineer
- Experience in Design and Estimation is a plus
- Knowledgeable in CAD Application
- Background in Fire Systems is an advantage
- Must be willing to do site inspections
