Checking production schedules.
Responding to packaging enquiries.
Communicating with the Planning team
Requesting Purchase orders.
Approving and sending Purchase orders.
Checking RRPs.
Communicating with the Marketing team
Requesting samples for campaign photo shoots.
Uploading product information to websites - internal and external websites.
Managing product information on websites.
Communicating with the Retail team
Requesting product from stores that is faulty or to be recalled.
Informing stores of new product arriving in-store
Creating look books each season.
Maintaining returns report.
Creating claims to send to suppliers for faulty product.
Maintaining the shoe care range
Reviewing current product sales and GP.
Liaising with current and new suppliers for new orders, price negotiation.
Reviewing stock levels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
Proficiency with MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task and deal with multiple job requests.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with fast and accurate data entry.
