Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.Job Title: Deputy Manager - Finance (Accounts Payable)Location: Metro ManilaWork Mode: Onsite & Day ShiftResponsibilities:Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processing, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, advances, liquidations and statutory remittances
Review invoices, payment batches, reconciliations, and AP aging
Ensure compliance with tax requirements, company policies, and internal controls
Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting
Lead the AP team; coordinate with stakeholders for issues and resolution
Assist in month-end closing, accruals, and financial reporting
Drive process improvements and support automation initiativesRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Experience in Finance/AP department in a BPO setting is REQUIRED
Must be amenable to work 100% onsite at our Eastwood Site
At least 5 7 years AP/finance experience, including supervisory exposure
Knowledge of tax compliance and financial controls
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
