Description
An Engineering Consulting Firm is looking for an innovative HR Business Partner who will carry out the follow duties and responsibilities:
 Handling technical recruitment, especially for Engineering roles
 Leading and managing HR, Admin, IT and Quality teams in the absence of the Senior Manager
 Communicating and giving advice to the Managing Director and other Business Leaders
Qualifications and skills required:
 Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Development or any related field
 At least 15 years of experience as HR Generalist with focus on Recruitment and Selection
 Experience in an Engineering, Energy or Construction environment would be an advantage
 Must have excellent English communication skills
