GB Certified/BB Certified (Post 2 yrs) with strong support on BB projects will be fine. We will be able to determine further during interview. However, if we have BB trained but practicing this is preferred.
Detailed Role & Responsibilities
Conduct Six Sigma Blackbelt, Green Belt, and Lean training programs for frontline and management employees
Mentor Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt projects
Coach and mentor high end Lean projects
Interact with clients and mentor high end transformation projects
Strong knowledge in effort estimations using Erlang C, FMEA, sampling plans and Gage R & R
Setting up metrics, do base lining and help operations in achieving the targets
Help operations to close Non conformance as per suggested time lines by audit team
Validate RCA and CAPA for all defects and ensure zero defect process
Drive innovation theme across frontline associates
Management Skills/Qualifications
Graduate of any 4yr course
12+ yrs experience in process excellence/improvement
Should have implemented approved and successful Six Sigma/ Transformation/ Automation projects (Ideally at a min of 1 proj/Qtr)
Should be within BPO background (ideally from a technology, digital operations account)
Strong coaching and facilitation skills, envisioning and overcoming obstacles while ensuring benefits are realized
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact and pilot the stated processes and frameworks
Ability to influence without authority
Visionary, innovative and dynamic
Highly result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure
High analytical / problem-solving skills
