Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Deputy Director to assist the Site Director in managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals and client requirements. The Deputy Director will oversee operational efficiency, talent development, client satisfaction, compliance, and strategic initiatives, acting as a key decision-maker in the absence of the Site Director.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Approve and validate employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Audit and verify Daily Time Records (DTRs) and cross-check attendance for accurate client billing.
Enforce adherence to the Code of Conduct and legal standards.
Mentor and coach employees, supporting career growth and professional development.
Identify high-potential employees and develop personalized career plans.
Conduct performance appraisals and support promotion discussions.
Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and identifying cost optimization strategies.
Participate in senior management meetings and provide insights for strategic decisions.
Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity.
Manage client relationships, ensuring needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Monitor KPIs, operational efficiency, and implement process improvements.
Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and engagement.
Lead cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth site operations.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Act as the Site Director in their absence to ensure operational continuity.
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Operations Managers and Account Managers on client relationships and employee retention.
Directly report to the Site Director and provide updates to the CEO.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in a BPO or large-scale service organization.
Strong understanding of HR policies, operational management, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
