Description
Duties will include:
• Install, upgrade, patch and configure the client's proprietary applications including Rules Manager, Revenue Center and to name a few.
• Publish applications in Citrix.
• Ensure environments pass Disaster Recovery tests
• Assist in testing and updating existing runbooks.
• Support SaaS operations for the client's applications hosted services, including application troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff.
• Develop and/or follow detailed project plans, schedules, and related project documentation.
• Manage infrastructure projects from inception to production support.
