The Deployment Admin Assistant reports directly to the Deployment Manager. This role involves monitoring different stages of software deployment.
Responsibilities
Record and monitor requests sent to the Deployment Team
Ensure deployment requests are fulfilled
Coordinate with various teams to support deployment needs
Alert System Team to act on deployment request and track request to closure
Conduct post production testing before actual deployment to prospects and customers
Update appropriate tracking systems
Monitor deployed environments' expiration and release
Conduct health checks, core function testing, and bulk testing
Render general administrative support to assigned projects
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree holder in any course
Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks
Excellent time management skills
Strong organization, monitoring, and coordination skills
Focused and detail-oriented
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies (e.g. JIRA)
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Can work with minimum supervision
Can render overtime when needed
Can adapt to changing shift schedules
Current regular shift
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Adhoc shift based on need
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
10:00 PM - 3:00 AM
*Contract employment for 6 months
