Job Summary:
The position is in-charge in translating the reports to Manager and monitors the day-to-day activities of the team.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Assist in translating from English to Mandarin the reporting of issues and concerns to the Manager
Translates documents from Mandarin to English for presentations to Team
Help solve payment and Internal task problem
Screens leave application forms and double check with team leaders if there is conflict with the manpower prior to the approval of the Manager
Prepares weekly and monthly report of the task
Checks Attendance of the Team
Prepares the Monthly Performance Evaluation of each team
Task load and Manpower Analysis report using Excel and Chart
Help Team leader create CMS Jira ticket using mandarin
Monitors and prepares the regularization of the staff for the approval of the Manager
In-charge for the Monthly Gathering of the Team
Performs other function that may assign from time to time
Performs admin functions from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's /College Degree in any field
Required Language: English ,Tagalog ,Mandarin
Good in Excel
Good communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsible, flexible and can work with minimum supervision
With pleasing personality
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Business Process Outsourcing 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
