Responsible for the management of HR Functions relative to labor relations (CBA) and legal matters; personnel policies, practices and procedures particularly on recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and organizational development.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Manages overall CBA preparations and negotiations. Conducts benchmarking with companies and prepares cost impact and recommendations.
2. Establishes and maintains a sound and harmonious management-union, and community relations programs.
3. Develops and implements Talent Acquisition strategies, including overall company Retention Programs.
4. Facilitates the development of yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department managers and monitors effectiveness of trainings implemented.
5. Leads Performance Management review. Ensures implementation of annual Individual Performance Planning and Appraisal of all employees and conducts analysis for skills and competencies improvement.
6. Implements company promotions and rewards processes. Reviews and provides Promotions and Ranking and Recommendation Sheet (PRRS) to department managers as basis for recommendations for promotion.
7. Conducts periodic review of company-wide Wage and Salary structure and other related wage and salary administration functions to ensure conformity with existing laws and corporate policies.
8. Prepares reports required by Excom
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bar passer
2. 15 years of related experience required with at least five years of experience preferably in a multinational company.
