Primary Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the Sr. Adviser, Ground Operations on administrative and clerical concerns
Review all billing and payment advices for accuracy and ensures completion of supporting documents prior to approval process.
Coordinate distribution and shipment of Ground operations ramp equipment
Prepare Business Travel Authorization (BTA), trip pass, and hotel accommodation and the corresponding Travel Expense Report of personnel on official travels
Monitor and manage all incoming and outgoing documents, correspondences, memos, etc.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree - preferably in psychology, business administration, tourism management or any related field
Preferably with previous administrative experience in an airline industry
Must have intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office applications
Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills; can deal and manage different personalities
Must be organized (with a keen attention for details) and comfortable working within timelines/deadlines
