Primary Responsibilities:
Examine and analyze upcoming communications with guidelines established by the Director of Cargo Sales on pertinent matters.
Manage schedule of the Chief Commercial Officer - approves and sends meeting requests.
Liaise with sub-departments to ensure information update.
Prepare and route financial documents (cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements) for Commercial Department.
Prepare, route and process travel requirements (business travel authorizations/travel expense reports, passports, visas) for the Chief Commercial Officer, and assist the members of the Commercial department as needed.
Assist in the budget preparation and cost monitoring of the Cargo Sales Department.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree - preferably in psychology, business administration or any related field
Preferably with previous administrative experience
Prior experience in budget preparation, procurement, and contract or policy reviews is an advantage
Must have intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office applications
Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills; can deal and manage different personalities
Must be organized (with a keen attention for details) and comfortable working within timelines/deadlines
Must be a critical thinker, and creative in exploring new ideas that could help drive process efficiencies.
