DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure dental sessions run as smoothly as possible by following the instructions of the dentists.
· Prepare and maintain the clinical environment.
· Build relationship with doctors, patients, and other clinic staff
· Make sure that all tools and materials laid out for a dentist before a procedure begins.
· Make sure all equipment is sterilized and ready before procedures and treatments as well as prepares and mixes materials.
· Help reassure patients and provide support to the dentist during treatment
· Carry stock control duties
· Takes photos of the patients before and after the treatments.
· Takes CT scan, OPG, radiographs, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of any 4-year course but preferably BS Nursing.
2. Must be alert and detail-oriented
3. Must be a good communicator
5. Establish rapport with patients who are anxious or in pain.
