Job Description
Assisting the Sous Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service.
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assisting in stock control and ordering supplies.
Managing and training junior members of the team.
Ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium dining establishment.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Fluency in English is a must, a college or culinary diploma is required.
Additional Information:
We need DEMI CHEF DE PARTY with at least 2 yrs experience.
