We are in search for Demand Planning Executive who will be responsible in formulating, developing and implementing demand planning strategies and policies to drive the quality of forecasting and product freshness at the national level.
A day in the life of...
Drives the Demand Planning competency and engagement of Demand Planners and Generating Demand Team in the demand planning process.
Drive freshness of stocks
Coaches and Trains Supply Chain Team Leads/Demand Planners.
Gives business insights and challenges the forecast during monthly/regular meetings.
Gather accurate information from all the departments involved in the demand planning process. Make sure that information analyzed is communicated to all departments concerned.
What will make you successful
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree
With at least 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management with a very good grasp of the different departments in SCM and of the end-to-end process
Has handled local and international projects related to SCM specifically to DSP
Has been an SC Lead for a least one year
Has experience in Customer Service/Sales for at least one year
Basic and advanced knowledge of demand planning in SAP
Has leadership skills, influential management, effective communication skills and project management skills
