About the Team: The Supply Chain team oversees all aspects from production at our suppliers' location (Asia, Europe & Americas) to inventory management to delivery and optimization of all sales channels (e-commerce marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, brick & mortar delivery, and more). About the role (Sell the job and the opportunity)As a Demand Planner you are responsible for the worldwide sales forecast for your brands and categories. You will lead the monthly forecasting process which includes developing forecasts, analyzing forecasts, making recommendations, and incorporating historical and market strategies into current forecast. Ideally, you are experienced in fast-growing companies in the e-commerce business. You will be part of the supply chain team What you will do
Drive forecasting process across all sales channels
Collaborate with brand management team to analyze current trends and adapt forecast where necessary
Generate weekly forecast performance reports and communicate forecast changes to inventory teams
Analyze forecast deviations with the goal to improve forecast accuracy, minimize out of stock and mitigate overstock
Develop initial forecasts for new launches and monitor performance post-launch
Who you are A self-starter, willing to experiment with different ideas and approaches
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement: don't be afraid to challenge the status quo!
Comfortable working with large sets of data, high proficiency in excel
Effective in communication and influencing. Ablility to engage with business partners and leaders throughout the organization
