DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepares and issues Import ETD Plan Request (IEPR) ordering
Monitors shipment from ETD origin to ETA port.
Coordinates to supplier the confirmation of ETD shipment plan.
Prepares and monitors Material shortage for KD parts as well as monthly report for parts (Port & In-Transit).
Prepares monthly summary of confirmed Purchase Orders for KD Orders.
Checks and prepares order form for registration of Single Parts in local System.
Views and prints invoices for KD ordered parts using I-Globe system.
Responsible for Cost calculation for New models and local sales.
Receives and consolidates FOB quotation from all origin.
Monitors the total Material stock as per ETD, ETA and Actual received from all origins.
Checks, plans and controls materials stocks based on production schedule.
Prepares report for the status of material stock from delivery to actual arrival.
Perform other tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate of any Engineering courses.
With background/previous experience in Import Material Ordering and planning.
Knowledgeable in Production Control/Impex Operations gained in Manufacturing.
Knowledgeable in MS applications specifically in Excel / Power Point presentation.
