The Delivery Operations Lead will be applying their base knowledge of the industry and company procedures to create the most efficient and effective methods of delivering department outputs.
They should have an engineering background and soft skills such as effective communication and coordination skills because they are expected to work with different groups of people within Delivery.
Recognizing areas of improvement within Delivery
Developing implementation plans for the solutions or procedural changes.
Oversee and manage implementation of procedural changes to enable Delivery to improve operational performance, including documentation of processes and training process owners
Responsible for working with internal stakeholders and the Delivery operations team to drive standardization of procedures
Responsible for collaborating with Delivery operations team in updating, monitoring and analyzing KPIs, project dashboards and incident management reports to create recommendations for improvement
Leads significant business operation improvement initiatives within the Delivery team
Managing IDEA Project monitoring and tracking
Reporting the outcomes of the implementation of the procedural adjustments or improvements to Delivery Advisor
Ensure adherence of the team to changes and review post-implementation results by performing quality checks, routine inspections and the like
Acts as the primary point of contact to the global process team
Support process team initiatives from a Delivery perspective
Support the Delivery teams in onboarding and training new employees, including input on training materials
