The Delivery Lead - Operations is responsible for overseeing team performance across multiple disciplines. The Delivery Lead - Operations manages the logistics of the recruitment operations teams. The incumbent will also interact with various Cielo departments to incorporate Reporting & Analytics, Recruitment Marketing, and Cielo technology into team management and productivity.

Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership:
Manage the general workflow of the assigned team and delegates job assignment
Perform a wide range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
Mentor and guide team members through necessary processes
Establish regular communications with the team, such as 1-1 meetings and team meetings with established agendas.
Recruitment & Operational Excellence:
Provide expertise on technology systems and functions (ex, Process flows, SkyRecruit, ATS)
Manage and document process changes requested by the client, update in process map as well as systems and communicate changes to the team. May design and/or recommend new or updated processes, team configuration, etc. as necessary
Ensure the team is meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's) by managing productivity through scorecards and appropriate metrics
Drive efficiencies to meet team outcomes
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
7+ years experience in recruitment or recruitment operations with demonstrated successes.
At least 3 years of Leadership experience
Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong understanding of the overall recruitment process
Sound judgment, data management, and reporting experience, and ability to handle complex information and client requests
Quantitative skills and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to participate effectively in a team environment both virtually and at multiple on-site locations including client sites and Cielo headquarters
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
