Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2.Healthy and physically active 3.Great attention to detail 4.Can supervise a team of at least 10 personnel DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Inspects the CCTV every day to ensure that it is online and perfectly working. 2.Monitors the attendance of all Delivery Hub employees, which includes absences, tardiness, and leaves Reports to area HR the employee location AWOL or resignations. 3.Devises ways to speed up operations in Delivery Hub. 4.Motivate/Coach employees. Coordinates the collaboration of each personnel in Delivery Hub. 5.Does regular weekly meeting for the following purposes: 5.1Resolving problems such as: .Pending VIP and Shopee deliveries 6.Regularly does the Delivery Hub situation report for submission to the Area Manager. Discusses with Sprinter TL the area assignment of each sprinter. 7.Maintains good relationship with clients and VIP accounts 8.Organizes daily workflow and ensure that Branch Admins and Sprinters understand their duties/tasks 9.Monitors the delivery packages details and the penalties from Quality Control. 10.Cascades and implements information based on the direction and instruction from the Management through the Area Manager. 11.Must be present in processing damaged and headless parcels. The opening of parcels must be under CCTV monitoring. 12.Initiates plan to improve Delivery Hub performance by training sprinters. 13.Monitors employee productivity and provide needed motivation. 14.May be required to perform others responsibilities based on the exigencies of the operations.
