NV Group is seeking to employ a Debt Recovery Paralegal with debt collection experience.
NV Lawyers is the commercial litigation arm of the NV Group, a group of debt collection businesses with offices in Sydney-Australia, Auckland-New Zealand and Pasig-Metro Manila, Philippines.
Job Description:
General management and running of debt recovery files
Drafting Australian legal documents
Filing of Australian legal documents on-line
Negotiating payments and settlements with debtors
Drafting general correspondence
Interacting with Australian debtors
Seeking instructions from Australian clients
Addressing client requirements
Maintaining client relationships
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Law, Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science or other allied courses.
Preferably with Debt Collection Experience.
With Australian jurisdiction background and familiarity, particularly in the Local Court of New South Wales, is advantageous but not required.
Able to make legal collection calls.
With strong verbal and written communication skills.
Keen eye for detail.
Good self-organisation.
With desire to take responsibility for running their own files and meeting deadlines.
Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Willing to work and travel to Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
