JOB PURPOSE: Leads in the effective and efficient implementation of services for students which complement the academic programs to ensure their holistic development.
Qualifications: * Earned a master's degree and professional license requiring at least a bachelor's degree.
Has two (2) years of successful managerial experience.
Has undergone training programs for Lasallian Administrators.
Must be of good moral character and consistently adheres to the Lasallian Core Values.
Has adequate teaching experience, managerial competence, and technical expertise in school management, or has a background of demonstrated service and competence in her/his field of endeavor.
Has good leadership qualities (negotiation skills and conflict management, and managerial skills (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling). Technical skills (budget preparation), Cognitive skills (project proposal), and customer relation skills (marketing).
