Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Desk Deal SME, you will be tasked with the following:
Build, edit and trouble shoot quotes and agreements
Process invoicing request (end to end); preliminary credit check, supporting documents to complete a formal credit check approval.
Point of Contract for Enterprise Deals (end to end); this would cover supporting documentation set-up and approvals
Process premium feature add-ons and approval
Processing deals
Create and own Deal Level Checklist
Act as SME for Account Executive support/trouble-shooting
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of related working experience
Highly organized
Innately curious and problem solver
