Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Dealer Zone Officer must ensure that the dealership after sales operations must operate with optimum performance in driving dealer profitability with sustainable growth and enhancing customer relations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collates and analyze data from dealers.
Propose strategic plans for dealers to attain target.
Conducts follow-up regarding compliance on agreed plans.
Monitor progress of dealers target thru intensive monitoring and proper guidance in achieving customer satisfaction.
Conducts dealer visit for assessment of actual progress and compliance to Foton standard process.
Provides action plan based on assessment result, conducts training and necessary assistance from time to time
Receive and address direct concerns thru the following:
Customer
Dealership
Inter department (UAAGI/FMPI)
ASC (Accredited Service Centers)
Monitors job request progress and timely update to concerned department/client.
Conducts post service call daily to every concern received.
File and document call transaction for reference.
Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 year College degree preferably Automotive related course. Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in an Automotive Industry
Customer Service Oriented
Computer Literate
Knowledge on motor vehicle parts and servicing is an advantage
Good customer service skills
Interpersonal skills
Can follow instructions accurately
Hardworking, Self-motivated
