Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Previous leadership experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and stress resistance skills, good at communication and teamwork.
Eye for detail and accuracy.
A high level of personal integrity
Having a dealer background is a plus.
The ability to make quick, mental calculations.
Able to communicate in clear and concise English and Tagalog.
Positive and upbeat attitude.
Professional appearance and attitude.
A strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations
 
Descriptions:
Arrange dealer's work schedules, checking dealer's attendance, manpower adjusting, and performance appraisals.
Monitor the status of on-operated tables and fixing the error issue.
Having knowledge of game SOPs and being able to train new dealers to meet qualified standards and pass the probation.
Maintain a high standard of dealer performance.
Operate the card shuffler and send new cards to the dealer tables.
 
Working Hours:
 One day off per week and working 8 hours a day.
Three shifts:
day shift 6:30-15:30
middle shift 14:30-23:30
evening shift 22:30-07:30 (fixed shift)
