PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for coordinating with dealers on the necessary information and updates regarding wholesale related matters. Receives and monitors closely all Dealers' Vehicle Purchase Order. Ensures timely scheduling and coordination of pull-out of vehicles paid by the Dealers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Timely and accurately prepares monthly reportorial requirements.
2. Timely prepares documentary requirements for the Dealers vehicle pull-outs.
3. Timely encodes all Dealers Vehicle Purchase Order to the system software.
4. Provides a copy of the Dealers proof of payment to Accounting Department
5. Timely coordinates with Dealers the available vehicles for pull-out
6. Schedules releasing of the vehicles paid by the Dealers.
7. Closely monitors dealer pull-outs vs. confirmed allocation and dealer's target
8. Properly files important documents and communicates relevant information.
9. Responds to internal and external customers concerns timely.
10. Handles the processing of dealer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
11. Regularly coordinates with the Dealers of all Wholesale related matters
