New Moto Marketing Corporation is looking for a Dealer Product Supply Planning Analyst (DPSPA) to manage and oversee end-to-end consignment inventory operations. This office-based role ensures accurate system monitoring through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), coordinating dealer order fulfillment, dispatch planning, buyback processing, and inventory governance. The DPSPA works closely with the Dealer Operations Specialist (DOS) and Inventory Analyst to maintain audit-ready records and seamless dealer operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
Dealer order & supply planning - validate purchase orders, coordinate dispatch, and monitor delivery timelines.
Inventory monitoring & governance - ensure system accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and enforce inventory controls.
Inventory valuation oversight - support financial reporting and audit readiness through accurate D365 records.
Buyback & returns coordination - validate computations, oversee documentation, and monitor transaction timelines.
Dealer relationship management - serve as the office-based point of contact for cluster dealers and coordinate with DOS.
Operational reporting & improvement - prepare inventory performance reports and propose process enhancements.
Collaboration with Inventory Analyst - supervise, review outputs, and ensure system-to-field data integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or consumer goods distribution is an advantage.
