Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible in guiding and supervising the Dealer Zone Officers. He is also responsible in monitoring the work process and output of all dealership personnel
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise dealer’s target & contribute action plans in order to improve KPI output per dealer.
Accomplishes dealer staff job results by intensive monitoring & proper guidance in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
Ensures consistent communication with Dealers & Dealer Operations Officers in order to accomplish related results as needed.
Timely conducts monitoring & implement corrective action plan in order to accomplish results as needed. 
Contributes to team effort in terms of aftersales support in order to practice & accomplish right processes.
Conducts regular visit and performance reviews with dealers and agree corrective actions where required.
Monitors daily deliverables of Dealer Zone Officers & reports directly to immediate head.
Receives and address direct concerns thru following:
Customer
Dealership
Fleet
Inter department (UAAGI/FMPI)
ASC (Accredited Service Centers)Ensures compliance with ISO policies and procedures
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
 
Requirements
Graduate of any 4 year College degree preferably Automotive related course. Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in an Automotive Industry
Customer Service Oriented
Computer Literate
Knowledge on motor vehicle parts and servicing is an advantage
Proficient in MS office applications.
Good in oral & written communication.
Ability to delegate task.
Interpersonal skills.
Supervisory skills. Can work under pressure.
