Job Title: DBMN - Corporate Banking Coverage Analyst

Corporate Coverage manages and develops client-centric and product-agnostic treasury level relationships for approximately 3,000 clients across the globe. Core focus transaction banking products include Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending, Foreign Exchange, Trust & Agency Services and Securities Services. Corporate Coverage also works to cross-sell Financing, Risk Management, and Corporate Finance products. Core client groups are global Multi-National Corporations and Local Large Caps. Additionally the German Midcap portfolio is a significant cornerstone client group, with smaller Midcap portfolios in Spain and Italy. Corporate Coverage also covers a select group of global financial institutions for their flow treasury needs.
Your skills and experience
Support the Origination team to establish new relationships with targeted LLCs and MNCs by tying in their banking requirement with DB's various product offerings
Assist the Relationship Managers (RM) in farming cash management, trade finance as well as FX opportunities from customer portfolio
Cover the non-sophisticated MNC clients as junior RM roles, supporting the coverage lead to manage the relationship with MNC clients by facilitating client discussions, understanding of clients business, coordinating with Operations and product partners across Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance, FX etc. to meet clients demand
Handle KYC and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) / Anti Money Laundering (AML) tasks.
Analyze client's credit position and revenue data, create presentation material, sectorial studies, company researches and provide additional administrative support
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in either Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business or Management Engineering, while further professional qualification or study e.g. CFA or Master's Degree will be an advantage
Working knowledge of Corporate Finance, Financing, FX and Transaction Banking products/solutions is a plus but not a requirement
Prior experience in banking or relationship management, as well as dealing with customers is beneficial
Team player with good interpersonal skills (e.g. ability to be client facing), Strong organizational skills, Self-starter who can work independently, Genuine interest in banking and banking products
Strong competencies in presentation skills, problem resolution and detail intensiveness; Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently interact with a diverse set of stakeholders
