Helps customers in achieving their online goals by effectively asking questions to discover their real needs and ensures to offers accurate and best products or services possible. Deals with all forms of inquiries politely and professionally and always keeps the company's reputation front of mind. Responds promptly to the needs of the customer and provides the best solutions to any issues. Verifies the customer first at all times before giving out information on both phone and email.
