In this role, you will establish a strong and long-term relationship with all our customers to help in achieving our goal in becoming the most trusted online solutions provider.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
Answers all inbound sales/accounts calls promptly, politely, and always in a professional manner and closes any possible sales and opportunities.
Bring new business and creates more loyal customers to the company by being consistent in providing a Best in World service.
Helps customers in achieving their online goals by effectively asking questions to discover their real needs and ensures to offers accurate and best products or services possible.
Deals with all forms of inquiries politely and professionally and always keeps the company's reputation front of mind.
Responds promptly to the needs of the customer and provides the best solutions to any issues.
Verifies the customer first at all times before giving out information on both phone and email.
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
You are excellent in English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
You are proficient in using Microsoft software (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, ect).
You have strong customer skills and be able to build rapport.
You are lateral thinker and solution provider.
