Performs 1st level support for database (db) systems and provides necessary db infrastructure requirements and/or support and fault isolation of db-related incidents
Provides escalation of db-related issues to 2nd level support and Authorized Service Providers
Facilitate the management and monitoring of db-related service requests and incidents or Assists in managing and monitoring of db-related Incidents and IT Service Requests ;
Facilitate the management and monitoring of db availability and service performance.
Generates ad hoc and periodic db operational reports including Power BI interactive reports.
Willing to work beyond regular office hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays both in Head Office, Manila and/or Security Plant Complex, Quezon City
