Provides support to customer insights and analytics by making sure that appropriate customer information is made available in the data warehouse/mart for their analysis purposes.
Provides support to campaign management by ensuring that all the necessary updates coming from a campaign are properly looped back to the data warehouse/mart and improve the succeeding campaigns that will be launched in the future.
Manages CRM platform that executes campaign for new and existing customers starting from selection of customers who are part of a campaign up to tracking of campaign results based on parameters identified by the campaigns team.
Ensures that campaigns launched thru the CRM platform are seamlessly integrated to the different systems being used by frontlines and automated reporting capability is available and accessible to different stakeholders.
Regularly conducts information check to establish information integrity and feed this information to customer insights and analytics for their reference purposes.
Manages customer information such that data issues like common errors are flagged as soon as it is seen in the database and raised to the appropriate unit for correction.
Drives projects that enrich customer information. New information that will be identified as critical to have will be coordinated to the appropriate unit for collection.
Collaborates with different functions in order to emphasize the importance of having integrated & single customer view and get the cooperation of other units to work towards achieving this goal.
Other database management tasks that maybe assigned.
Qualifications
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in dynamic, relational customer database management.
Must have experience in using SAS programming/enterprise guide/enterprise miner.
Must have high appreciation on how crucial information is to data analytics.
Has good communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Graduate of business related or courses that are into data information management.
