Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field required, however equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirements
Industry related certifications are preferred, but not required
Experience and Technical Skills
5+ years of database administration experience
Production experience PostgreSQL 8, 9 or 10+ - installation/configuration, indexing/partitioning, transferring data and transaction logs, backup/recovery/PITR, etc.
Production experience with MySQL and/or DB2
Experience with Shell scripting
Experience upgrading and migrating to the cloud
Solid understanding of high availability failover replication
