Job Qualifications Database Administrator in Makati upto 22k
Headcount: 1
The Database Administrator ensures that IT-related administrative infrastructure and systems are functioning properly, efficiently, and securely with minimal downtime; that end-users receive the appropriate levels of rights and privileges to system resources required for them to carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
-Set up database server from end to end Database design (storage capacity, security, SQL requirements, access);
-Ensure database integrity;
-Monitor database server health;
-Conduct database server backup for disaster recovery;
-Data archiving and recovery;
-Check data integrity and validity;
-Assist developers in creating stored procedures;
-Optimize database server processes;
-Maintain programs that monitors data from sites;
-Support developers and clients on report and data requirements;
-Support IT team; and
-Maintenance and monitoring of database servers.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
-At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent;
