Job Summary
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Daily maintain data in compliance with data rules defined by the business owner / data owner.
Manage and Maintain the Set up in CW1 Organization Module as follows:
Alert Data owner on the ambiguous situation (for eg, Network Data steward wrong add into SG organization.)
Manage data quality based on related KPI
Manage and support business user's request.
Support in Data Clean-up for the deployment of CW1 in other countries.
To Train the new user on the usage of Moira system.
To validate the new created or existing data requested by Sales / CS in Moira
To alert user's when there is any issue or system upgrading related to Moira.
To troubleshoot any issues
Other ad-hoc tasks (if any)
1) Pre-alert Set up (especially related to BLX Destination).
2) Freight Handling Details Set up (only applied to Freight forwarder / Agent)
3) Port Related Parties (Carriers)
4) Aviation Security known as "Consignor" (Details of the Supply Chain Security (SG)).
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in any courses
Experience in freight forwarding with air / sea freight is an advantage.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Ms Office, especially Excel
Experience in massive Data Management is an advantage
Knowledge & Experience in CW1 an advantage
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
