Requirements:
-Experience with Microsoft Excel required - advanced to expert
- Experience in CRM required
- Data Entry, review and quality review preferred
- Highest attention to quality and detail
- Amenable to work on Night Shift
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience required
Duties:
- Receive and Review data from customers for exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees.
- Ensure cleanliness and accuracy of the data including looking for duplicates, email formats, etc.
- Prepares data files for importing into the various internal systems.
- Ensure that data is extracted from the source document and uploaded accurately and timely into the CRM (Quality Check)
-Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple customer data uploads (master data review)
