JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: A software company that offers project management, augmentation for their clients.
Duties:
Receive and review data from customers for exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees
Ensure cleanliness and accuracy of the data including looking for duplicates, email formats etc.
Prepares data files for importing into the various internal systems.
Ensure that data is extracted from the source document(s) and uploaded accurately and timely into the CRM
Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple customer data uploads
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience
Good communication skill.
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Data entry, review and quality review preferred
Bachelor's Degree holder
Work experience in a BPO Company
