Description : Specialist - Data Solutions - You will support our HR organization in the evolution of the HR Data Management striving for efficiency in operations, data consistency & contingency as well as for appealing user experience using our state-of-the-art systems.You will work with our business teams to discuss and clarify requirements for effective & seamless functioning of the HR Application in sync with various systems including Employee Central, payroll and IT systems. Role Requirements : Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Success Factors HR consulting or industry experience Good knowledge in Success Factors (EC) from Hire to Retire process Good Knowledge of payroll processes Collaborate with IT, country payroll and Merck Business Services Resolve Data replication issues with consistent tracking & monitoring mechanism Drive Process improvement Initiatives Responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & initiate Corrective and Preventive (CAPA) actions Establish quality checks, processes to identify & facilitate data cleansing in Global and Local systems Whom should we hire Professional with experience & in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Basic knowledge of payroll operations Functional knowledge in the HR space Demonstratedexperience or knowledge in process design / internal proposals Awareness of case Management Tools Clear communication skills, with essential Business English - additional languages would be an advantage Experience of working with outside and third-party vendors in a collaborative environment What we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
