This is a remote position.
1840 & Company is a global managed marketplace for professional resources and outsourced services. We have a client with an immediate need for an enthusiastic Data Services Agent. The client is a global start up accelerator! This individual plays a key role in our external client's core business and can have the opportunity to work with multiple startups. This individual plays a key role in our external client's core business.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative and high-performance environment. You will be responsible for achieving the program goals and objectives.
TASKS:
Work with the client's Customer Success team to understand the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) of each customer
Create saved queries within the provided databases to reflect the information provided and outlined on the Ideal Customer Profile's
Review "Preview Files" of data provided in saved queries
Confirm Titles, Companies (Firmographics) align with the Customer ICP
Maintain documentation, tracking and reporting for data provided:
Per Customers
Per Team Member
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent in working with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent English communication skills.
Excellent in Research and Analytics.
Complex thinker / Technical Thinker (to understand the Products and Services provided by the customers they will be supporting)
Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
Processor - Core i5 or higher
RAM - 8GB or higher
